Commissioned by DHS, WSP will lead the engineering and infrastructure design for a new bio- and agro-defense research facility.

WSP USA was a key partner in the award winning project team responsible for transforming part of the historic former 1.2-mllion-square-foot St. Elizabeths Campus into the new United States Coast Guard Headquarters located in Washington D.C.

Soto Cano Air Base, a non-permanent installation, faced unique climate, labor, and materials challenges. WSP developed plans for the Base's needs.

To assist the U.S. Navy in achieving energy security, WSP USA performed environmental assessments at numerous installations within an abbreviated schedule to expedite diversification of our client’s energy portfolio.

The new NOAA Daniel K. Inouye Regional Research Center was dedicated in December 2013. It showcases sustainable adaptive reuse of two historic, World War II-era hangars directly involved in the 1941 attacks on Pearl Harbor.

Opened on September 24, 2016, the National Museum of African American History and Culture represents much more than a cultural and architectural landmark. It is also a representation of best practices in sustainable building design. WSP USA provided MEP engineering services as well as commissioning services and enclosure consulting on this $500 million project, which is situated on a 5-acre site in Washington D.C., between the Washington Monument and the National Museum of American History on the National Mall.

As an integral part of the design/build team, WSP USA completed the mechanical and plumbing engineering, technology design, and lighting design for this new office building on the Federal Center South campus in Seattle for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Seattle District.

Since 1995, WSP USA has supported FEMA as a nationwide housing inspection services contractor by inspecting homes damaged as a result of a presidentially declared emergency or natural disaster.

WSP USA studied Harmful Algal Blooms in the Western Lake Erie Basin to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers determine if placement of dredged materials was exacerbating the problem.

WSP was chosen by USACE to provide expansion renovations, structural improvements, and safety systems for the JBLM Child Development Center.

WSP developed plans to bring U.S. Army garrisons in Germany into compliance with a range of safety and security conditions.

When the DOD needed to transfer approximately 8,000 U.S. Marines from Okinawa, Japan, to Guam,  WSP assumed management of the program.
