Embracing an inclusive culture of belonging

WSP's commitment to Inclusion and Belonging (I&B) is a central pillar of our culture and values. We stand at the forefront of efforts to foster an inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.

WSP promotes a culture in which inclusion is expected and valued – our goal is to create trusting, collaborative and psychologically safe work environments where every single person feels they belong and everyone is empowered to speak up and be their authentic selves.

We measure our employees’ sense of belonging on a regular basis through our engagement survey and report on our progress on under-represented group representation annually. Our achievements have received global recognition.

Since I&B is at the core of who we are, employees have access to specific training in this regard. This reflects our global approach and commitment while considering local needs.

We are proud of our dynamic employee groups around the world, in which individuals can share experiences and celebrate differences.  Our employee groups are open for all our employees to join and take part.
These groups also play a key role in the local promotion of STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) to inspire the next generation and contribute to a more diverse industry in the future.
