Bill has been an invaluable member of the water team in Manitoba for decades, and we are all very fortunate to be able to learn from his experience in the industry. I was hired by Bill, worked alongside Bill, and learned from Bill. For me, this award could not go to a more well-deserving individual.”

I am grateful to receive this award, recognizing the work I have done in the water sector throughout my career. I have had the privilege of working with many dedicated water professionals, all working to ensure that people have access to quality drinking water and wastewater resources. It has truly been an honour to work alongside each and every one of them.”
