Steven Turner is an industry recognized expert in the field of systems engineering and integration, with over 12 years of experience across the defence and railway sectors. Steven has worked on some of the UK's biggest and most prestigious projects including the Future Aircraft Carrier program, the rail extensions to Heathrow Terminal 5, Thameslink, the Northern Hub and New Tube for London. He specializes in the setup and planning of industry-level system integration teams, system architectures, requirements elicitation and analysis, and system performance.

Steven has recently provided international consultancy advice to clients in New York and Amsterdam and has supported UK rail franchise bids. Steven is one of the first in the UK rail industry to obtain CSEP qualification.
