With cities around the world reaching record levels of smog and congestions, WSP is working with policy makers, fleet operators, and various levels of government to achieve carbon-free mobility through the adoption of zero emission vehicles and bus fleets. With various tools and a holistic approach, WSP’s experts are active on all continents, helping cities prepare their transportation networks for a Net Zero future.
WSP’s Anaïssia Franca, Director, Center of Excellence in Sustainable Mobility shares how WSP is conducting electric bus feasibility studies throughout Canada.
Franca also outlines deliverables for this project, including a framework for vehicle procurement and facilities master planning, and contract specifications and strategic consulting. This mandate, which WSP is helping to lead, is the nation’s largest and most ambitious zero emission fleet plan to date.
