WSP: Are South African building owners taking EPC seriously?

The three-year extension gazetted this week, with 7 December 2025 confirmed as the new deadline for the mandatory display of an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on all relevant building classes in South Africa, offers some reprieve. However, there’s no time to waste and property owners and building managers must do more to ensure they do not contravene legislation.
