Leading multi-disciplinary professional services consultancy WSP has been awarded a Bronze accreditation with Clear Company for its Inclusion and Diversity programme.
The inclusion standard recognises an organisation’s inclusion, capability and confidence. It includes WSP’s development of a customised inclusion journey that defined priorities and the development of content and programmes for their people and clients.
The independent and external accreditation carried out by Clear Company is evidence-based, practical and supports all sizes of organisation. It examines innovation and collaboration with a particular focus on an organisation’s inclusive and fair work practices.
