Nick has 15 years planning experience. His portfolio consists largely of complex projects; residential developments, such as city-centre tower schemes, and large-scale employment or logistics developments requiring environmental impact assessment. His broad expertise also includes challenging mixed-use schemes, in both the North West and throughout the UK.

Nick is a commercial planner with great communication and negotiating skills. He goes to great lengths to secure positive, viable results for clients, always looking for the best way forward.
