Phil is a chartered town planner with over 25 years’ experience. Prior to joining Indigo in 1987, he worked for two London boroughs, Kensington & Chelsea and Bromley, where he gained invaluable experience and contacts. 

Now, Phil oversees many of our retail, regeneration and housing schemes, UK-wide. He takes a keen interest in environmental impact assessments and all legal aspects of planning, working with clients and their legal teams. Phil has appeared at many public inquiries as expert witness and is also skilled in mediation.  His extensive experience in this area gives him an in-depth understanding of the best way to secure planning permissions and allocations.
