We administer net zero framework agreements for the public and private sectors that provide a swift and compliant route to market for low and zero carbon infrastructure solutions via more than 25 national, experienced and pre-approved suppliers. They are free to use and open to all UK public sector bodies (NHS, local authorities, government bodies, higher education) and private organisations who can run mini competitions or directly award to trusted suppliers at pace.

Due to the expiry of the framework on 30 July 2026, a retender process is currently underway.

Once awarded, the new framework will provide a fully compliant procurement route for both public and private sector organisations, bringing together industry-leading suppliers to support the delivery of net zero objectives through the installation, operation and management of the latest low and zero carbon technologies.

The framework will be open to all organisations seeking to progress their net zero ambitions in line with legislative requirements and sector-specific carbon reduction targets.

Providing a comprehensive, one-stop solution, the framework will offer access to a broad range of low and zero carbon technologies, enabling clients to identify and implement the solutions best suited to their needs.

The LED Lighting Framework offers a compliant route to market for LED lighting projects, giving clients access to a pre-approved network of qualified suppliers.
