Run annually, Randstad's survey explores workers' and job seekers' perceptions of employer brands. It is based on the responses of over 4,000 members of the public. Learning and development and the ability to work flexibly were rated highly this year.
WSP in New Zealand managing director Ian Blair says WSP is honoured to be represented in the top 10 for 2022.
"An important part of what we think makes WSP a great place to work is the environment we provide for our people to develop their knowledge, capabilities and skills through a blend of online and face-to-face learning opportunities.
“We’ve embedded a culture at WSP that puts wellbeing at the centre, which is supported by a range of internal resources developed to give staff the tools they need to thrive at home and work.
"Prioritising a diverse, inclusive, supportive environment where staff feel empowered and in control of their time has been another major focus for us over the past several years.
“We plan to keep giving our 2,000 people more opportunities to balance their work and home lives and are delighted to see our efforts recognised in this year's survey.”
