In the UK, we have provided transport planning, infrastructure, design and advisory services on over 100 residential projects of 1,000+ dwellings.
We have also worked on a number of luxury residential tall towers such as South Quay Plaza in London by architects Foster + Partners, to which we are contributing with a wide range of engineering services. Worldwide WSP projects include Rafael Viñoly’s 432 Park Avenue in New York – the tallest residential building in the world, and Daniel Libeskind’s Złota 44 in Warsaw.

As sustainable design pioneers, we are involved in a number of high-profile exemplar residential and mixed-use energy-efficient, low-carbon developments. This includes providing services for Glasgow’s Commonwealth Games Athletes Village which is set to become a 1,400-home mixed-tenure community.
We prioritise sustainability in every project, whether designing a sustainable access strategy for 4,500 new homes in Swindon, developing the zero-carbon methodology for Graylingwell Park in Chichester, engineering iconic mixed-use high-rise developments like The Shard, or master-planning the redevelopment of Earl Court.
