Complete digital information about the Centre is now available at the click of a button. The information is accessible from the Council’s existing GIS and asset management software, and includes building make-up, condition and performance – viewable from every angle.
Clicking on building elements in the model returns a wealth of asset management information – including age, condition, carbon footprint, expected lifespan, manufacturer and more.
The upshot for the Council is no more cumbersome asset management spreadsheets, and an easier, much more efficient way of managing the historic building.
Hastings District Council property assets and projects manager John Jiang describes the project as "world class," with WSP satisfying every aspect of the Council's requirements - from solution design to client communication and post-contract service.
"The success of Toitoi has reinforced our confidence in WSP’s expertise, professionalism and great customer service - highly recommended for those planning to digitally transform their business with digital twins, asset information models and beyond.”
More information about WSP’s involvement in the project can be found on our Digital page.
