With significant experience in managing storm / surface water and integrated water management studies, Liam works to deliver urban drainage and climate change adaptation services for local planning authorities, environment agencies and water companies.
Liam is the current Chair of CIWEM’s New Zealand Branch and has a long history of serving CIWEM in the UK with the West Midlands Branch and within the Urban Drainage and Rivers and Coastal Groups.
Locally, CIWEM New Zealand members are helping support communities and clients navigate new legislation resulting from the Sept 2020 release of the National Policy Statement for Freshwater Management (NPS-FM), and to unpick the potential changes slated as part of the ongoing Resource Management Act reform.
