Kaikōura is situated on the eastern coast of the South Island in New Zealand (NZ). In November 2016, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck the town. Ruptures occurred on multiple fault lines and Kaikōura’s road and rail links were severely impacted on, and in some areas completely destroyed.

In 2012, a  Christchurch Central Recovery Plan was developed with a vision to reinvigorate Christchurch and bring more people back to the area, further encouraging greater investment and economic growth. The Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is a part of this changing landscape and will be a catalyst for further development of the city centre.

WSP provided the design for the Tauranga Eastern link, a four lane motorway to the east of the city to cater the growth of Port of Tauranga, and the development of new residential, commercial and industrial land in eastern Bay of Plenty.

It's vital for the NZDF to have modern facilities to train SAS personnel who are required to operate in high risk and complex environments.

Part of the fabric of British Columbia, Vancouver’s 55,000-seat BC Place Stadium hosts hundreds of events each year, including sports, concerts, trade shows and conventions. The stadium opened in 1983 as Canada’s first domed stadium, covered by the world’s largest air-supported dome roof.
