How easy is ADT to set up?

ADT is quick and straightforward to get up and running. The project is set up in advance, so surveys can begin without complex system configuration or disruption to your operations.

Can our existing systems and spreadsheets be imported into ADT?

Yes. ADT does not require clients to start from scratch. Existing asset data can be used to establish the ADT project setup, helping preserve previous investment in asset information while improving structure, consistency and usability.

How is data collected onsite?

Data is collected digitally using a mobile app on phones or tablets. Surveyors capture asset details, condition information, photos and locations directly in the field, reducing manual handling and errors.

Can surveys been done in live or operational environments?

Yes. ADT is designed to support efficient, nonintrusive surveys and can be used across occupied buildings and operational sites.

What types of information will we receive?

ADT captures structured asset data, condition and risk information, spatial location, and supporting evidence such as photos and plans—providing a clear, auditable view of asset status.

How will this help us make better decisions?

The data collected through ADT can be analysed and reported in ways that highlight priorities, risks and trends—supporting maintenance planning, capital investment decisions and longer term asset strategies.

Who owns the data?

You do. ADT is a delivery platform—our clients retain ownership of their data and can continue to use it beyond the life of the project.

IS ADT a one-off project tool or something we can re-use?

ADT is designed to be re-used.
