WSP oversees and delivers Building Compliance Services across Fonterra’s national building portfolio of 87 sites; the portfolio is made up of factories, storage facilities and commercial buildings.

This contract involves the management of Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) compliance, collation of all required documentation, publication of BWOF documentation, liaison and reporting functions, the provision of audit functions and evaluations for non-conforming building issues. Additionally, it involves annual Independent Qualified Personnel (‘IQP’) Audit & Reporting regarding Features (Owners) Checks which encompass the undertaking of the annual IQP audit for all sites on Features checks, liaison functions and the publication of an annual report and issuance of 12A certification.
