Economic and employment benefits for the local community
Seafarms Corporation’s Project Sea Dragon (PSD) is a large-scale, integrated, land-based prawn aquaculture project being developed primarily at Legune Station in Northern Australia.
The project is designed to produce high-quality, year-round reliable prawn volumes for export markets.
Seafarms, the Northern Territory Government and the Northern Land Council, have signed the critically important Land Use Agreement for Legune Station and the project will bring major social, employment and economic benefits to the native title holders.
