Delivering Performance and Value

Following our sustainability advice, all dwellings will have access to on-site solar PV to facilitate electric vehicles and a minimum of 100 dwellings will have battery storage. In addition, the precinct will include extensive water-sensitive urban design and a recycled water loop for water-efficient and amenable outcomes.
