What support do we provide our graduates with?
The WSP Graduate Program is a two-year blended learning experience, offering a holistic approach to development. It includes topics specifically chosen to enhance professional, personal and relationship building skills. This includes developing consulting skills, technical writing, presenting, time management and self-care.
Our graduate induction is designed to equip graduates with the foundations to leverage individual strengths, learn from technical experts and business leaders, and expand their professional networks. Virtual and in-person workshops are held across Australia, with more than 180 graduates participating in 2023!
We offer all of our employees a number of high-quality training and development options, training resources, certification and accreditation programs, and support tools.
We also have an Emerging Professionals Network which aims to provide opportunities to professionally develop and connect our staff with 0-10 years' experience across Australia. The network is open to all positions, locations and employment types.
