Discussing his role in the latest edition of Consulting Matters, Greg acknowledges that it is important to talk about the issues women continue to face in the industry, particularly for mid-career female talent, and how critical it is to find solutions to actively support them to stay.
“We need whole-of-industry alignment with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and the community. That is the only way we can achieve an inclusive industry,” Greg says.
Describing the kind of leadership the industry needs for a Future Ready workforce, he emphasises: “Driving structural change always means leaning into headwinds.”
“Everyone is on a journey. No one has all the answers. It’s about participating and learning together.”
