Designing with the end-user in mind
Engaged by Pan Macmillan Australia, we created an impactful website portal and mobile application that enables non-subscribers to explore and understand the Macquarie Dictionary value proposition.
The mobile application allows prospective subscribers to subscribe easily and provides users with the ability to easily search for words and view their definition from a device.
We designed and developed the website and mobile application with a clear and engaging look and feel.
The application utilises the Macquarie Dictionary database, with varied data sets depending on the user’s subscription and the characteristics of the device being used.
The detailed services we provided for this project include:

Developing an engaging solution
The challenge was to create an engaging website portal that enables non-subscribers to explore and understand the Macquarie Dictionary value proposition, while allowing them to easily and quickly purchase the product of their choice (including payment options).
Once subscribed, users needed to be able to easily search for words and view their definition from any device, anywhere.
In developing the solution, our team kept the site simple and responsive, chose emotive content and minimised negative space.
