210 George Street is a landmark office development designed by Grimshaw for developer Poly Global. The building is a 27 storey office tower with every other floor set back from the façade line to create internal double height communities.

Clever foundations defy weak bedrock to support major extension

The expansion of Claro Arena stadium in Santiago is finally under construction – thanks to a retrofit that will reduce its environmental impact, even as it triples in size .

This large-scale facility will power approximately 391,000 homes and save around two million tonnes of carbon dioxide per year.

WSP is advising on a project initiated by its client DSV, a global transport and logistics company. The goal is to establish a new, modern, future-proof and sustainable logistics centre with a view to creating green savings and increasing efficiency.

The project has a strong focus on sustainability and will be built on a 761,000 m² site in the village of Lund near Horsens. The office building will be certified DGNB Gold, while the logistics facilities will be certified DGNB Silver.
