This new active transport bridge over the Brisbane River is greatly improving walking, wheeling, and riding connections between the Brisbane Central Business District, Kangaroo Point, and the Eastern Suburbs.

The Parklands project provided a purpose-built development to be used initially for the 2018 Commonwealth Games, with a long-term vision as a place for the Gold Coast community to live, work and play.

WSP is advising on a project initiated by its client DSV, a global transport and logistics company. The goal is to establish a new, modern, future-proof and sustainable logistics centre with a view to creating green savings and increasing efficiency.

The project has a strong focus on sustainability and will be built on a 761,000 m² site in the village of Lund near Horsens. The office building will be certified DGNB Gold, while the logistics facilities will be certified DGNB Silver.

We helped deliver Q Building – the first mass timber structure in Newcastle, and Regional NSW’s first 6 star rating as recognised by the Green Building Council of Australia. 

We have played a key role in transforming an under-utilised part of Melbourne’s CBD, to create a vibrant urban community with the iconic dual tower, known as Collins Arch.

Our work is helping Frasers Property Australia create a viable new asset class for residential living.
