This new hotel in Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter is set to bring a new level of luxury accommodation to New Zealand. The six-storey building will have a total floor area of 29,000 m2, with 195 rooms, three food and beverage outlets, event spaces, a spa, fitness centre and a 25-metre swimming pool.

 

The Park Hyatt Hotel is the first project in New Zealand for our client, the FuWah International Group whose vision is to create an international best practice hotel that provides a superior and differentiated experience for guests.

 

Designing a New Level of Luxury

We are providing integrated services design for the hotel. This offers our client a one-stop shop, which ensures the smooth coordination and integration of complex systems for the whole project. To support the luxury standard of finish on this hotel, we are delivering a high level of detailed design as well as sophisticated and automated building services systems.

 

This premium hospitality destination is set to open to the public in 2019.
