Communities and social performance

The WSP Communities and Social Performance team is focused on supporting our clients to deliver better outcomes for people and communities.

Who we are 

We are a national team of dedicated specialists working primarily in the Mining and Energy sectors. Our combined expertise brings together industry knowledge, experience and data to understand project risks and develop innovative solutions.  

We collaborate closely with our clients across all stages of the project life cycle delivering tailored programs which are inclusive and accessible. We work with technical experts to interpret challenges and gather community and stakeholder input to support better decision making.  

Our team is passionate about contributing to a more positive future, where people and the environment are at the core of big decisions. We thrive on projects where the issues are complex and the solutions challenging.

Our team members hold active memberships with international Association for Impact Assessment (IAIA), Environmental Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) and International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
