Magnus Meyer is MD of WSP Sweden and WSP Europe. Magnus was recruited in 2014 and has been behind major growth and change developments for WSP. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stockholm’s Royal Institute of Technology, and in 1994 he gained a Licentiate in Engineering in the field of construction and information technology. Magnus has worked as a technical attaché in Los Angeles and as business-area manager for the Ljungberg group, responsible for management and business development within GE Real Estate, and for eight years he was CEO of the Tengbom group – one of Sweden’s leading architectural companies.
Mickey Johansson is operations manager for the Swedish business and was recruited in 2000. Mickey has been responsible for project-management operations and company-wide business development. He trained as an engineer and holds a PhD from Chalmers University of Technology, where he has also worked as an adjunct professor. Earlier in his career Mickey ran innovation companies and held various managerial roles at Caran.
Charlotta Järnstedt is general counsel at WSP and was recruited in 2016. Charlotta has extensive experience of acquisitions and mergers. She graduated from Lund University in 2008, and before coming to WSP she worked for the law firm Vinge. She has also worked for H&M and the restructuring company Apoteket Omstrukturering AB.
HR and Communications Director
Maria Lindfelt is director of HR and communications at WSP. Maria was recruited to WSP in 2016, and immediately prior to that she held a position as director of HR at Capgemini. She holds a degree in HR from Uppsala University and has extensive experience of HR issues, including at IBM. Maria also studied journalism and media at KMK in Stockholm. In 2015 she was named Human Resources Director of the Year.
Eva Aspengren is finance director of WSP Sweden and WSP Nordic Countries and was recruited in 2011. Immediately before coming to WSP Eva worked for Capgemini, where she was finance director. She has extensive experience of finance work for consultancies both in Sweden and abroad.
Arnold Stifors is sales director at WSP and was recruited in 2015, coming from the Danish company EG A/S, where he was divisional director. During the course of his career Arnold has been responsible for strategic sales as well as customer and service development, including roles as account executive and sales manager. He has previously worked in a global environment in the field of consultancy services at Capgemini and Accenture, where he has held managerial roles.
Business Area Manager WSP Civils
Anna Lundman is business area manager at WSP Civils. In 1993 Anna graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm as a civil engineer. She was recruited to WSP in 2018, coming from a post as maintenance director for the Swedish Transport Administration. Anna has broad experience in the field of the built environment, as well as experience of managerial roles at the client end, including as a project manager, consultant and contractor.
Business Area Manager WSP Bridge and Hydraulic Design
Mattias Hörling is business area manager at WSP Bridge & Hydraulic Design and was recruited to WSP in 2018. In 2001 Mattias graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology as a civil engineer in the field of roads and waterways, bearing structures, and comes from a post as CEO of VR-Track Sweden AB. Mattias has extensive experience of the built-environment sector and the consultancy industry, including various managerial roles at Reinertsen and Sweco Management.
Business Area Manager WSP Advisory
Fredrik Bergström is business area manager at WSP Advisory and was recruited to WSP in 2008. Fredrik, who holds a PhD in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, comes from the Swedish Retail Institute, where he was CEO. He is a manager with a strong investigative background and a broad interest in social issues. Fredrik has particularly focused on competitive issues, economic growth and assessment of industrial-policy measures. He also has extensive experience of marketing and impact analyses of the retail trade.
Business Area Manager WSP Process
Fredrik Hautau is business area manager at WSP Process. Fredrik was recruited to WSP in 2006 and has since then held a number of different managerial posts. He graduated from Chalmers Institute of Technology as an electrotechnology engineer specialising in automation, and has a background as branch manager of the installation company Assemblin.
Business Area Manager WSP Systems
Håkan Danielsson is business area manager at WSP Systems. In 2013 Håkan was recruited to WSP as business area manager for WSP Byggprojektering (Construction Planning), and took up the post of business area manager at WSP Systems in 2017. Håkan is a graduate engineer, and has a sound background in the field of construction. He has held various managerial roles over the past 18 years, including at Ramboll and Scandiakonsult.
Business Area Manager WSP Management
Jeanette Reuterskiöld is business area manager at WSP Management and was recruited to WSP in October 2018. Jeanette has extensive experience of the construction and property industry, including experience of the contract and consultancy industry, and has been CEO of Hifab and Arcona. She is currently chair of the board of Sweden Green Building Council – the built-environment industry’s arena for sustainability issues and environmental certification for properties.
Business Area Manager WSP Environmental
Kristina Englund is business area manager at WSP Environmental. In 2014 Kristina was recruited to WSP as section manager for environmental management, and took up the post of manager at WSP Environmental in 2017. Kristina has extensive experience of the consultancy industry, and has had managerial roles, including at ÅF, Hifab and Ramboll.
Business Area Manager WSP Construction Design
Mårten Sandell is business area manager at WSP Construction Design and was recruited to WSP in 2013. Mårten started as departmental manager at WSP Construction Design West. In 2015 he gained the role of manager of the southern region, and in 2017 he took up the post of business area manager at WSP Construction Design. Mårten graduated from Chalmers Institute of Technology as a civil engineer and has a background in production and planning at Skanska.
