We have here gathered answers to the most commonly asked questions about how to apply for a job at WSP and questions regarding internship, master thesis and summer jobs.
Of course, you are welcome to apply for several positions at WSP at the same time.
When you submit your application, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming that we have received your application. Please read more about what the recruitment process with us typically looks like, or you can also contact the recruiting manager/recruiter at any time during the process for more information.
Each job advertisement contains contact information for the recruiting manager or recruiter for the specific advertised position. Contact them to quickly get answers to your questions about the role you are interested in.
If you have sent us a spontaneous application, your profile is now visible to our recruiting managers and recruiters. When we have a role that suits your profile, you will receive an email from us asking if you are interested in participating in the recruitment process.
You can have your profile deleted at any time. At the bottom of the e-mails sent out about newly advertised roles, there is an option to request that your information shall be deleted. If you request that your information should be deleted, this will be done automatically within 48 hours. You can also log into your account via our connect function and delete your information yourself. If you have questions about your profile, you are welcome to send an e-mail to [email protected].
All employees at WSP have the opportunity to work flexible working hours and put in place a flexitime agreement. We do this to give our employees the opportunity to adapt their working day to both their working conditions and their free time.
As an employee at WSP, you will have excellent opportunities to develop and make a career. A large part of the development as a consultant takes place in the assignments in which you participate, but you will also have access to a number of educational opportunities and networks in Sweden and abroad. Yes, as an employee, you have the opportunity to work abroad. WSP have offices all over the world and we often coordinate exchanges between countries and offices. If you want to apply for a specific position(s) abroad, you will find our international career opportunities here.
We welcome interns and students who want to complete their thesis or dissertations with us. Because we care about your internship period being as good and rewarding as possible, we will only accept interns when we have supervisors available. We do so in order to be able to give interns the support they need during their time with us. Under vacancies, you will find the internships and master thesis that we can currently offer.
