Erik Bellander started working immediately after high school at Sjölanders, which is today part of WSP. Since then, it has been 28 years. There is no doubt that he thrives at WSP.
- We have an encouraging work culture that is inclusive, which enables a good atmosphere. I also enjoy the variation between the large multidisciplinary assignments such as TUB-A and the smaller single-disciplinary assignments.
Working hard to deliver the best possible results for customers every day has been the focus since Erik Bellander started working. As time has passed, the technology has also been developed and refined.
- The systems are often integrated into each other, interacting with each other more than before. In addition to function, there has been an increasing focus on operational reliability with redundant electrical systems. This means that in the event of a power failure, the systems will automatically switch to reserve power without interruption.
As an employer, WSP stands out in several ways. In addition to the company being suitable for everyone, from newly-qualified to experienced specialists or senior assignment managers, there are all opportunities to further their education, work on exciting projects, develop and also possibility to work internationally.
- There is room to develop for everyone, regardless of whether it is as a manager or as a technology-oriented specialist or as a project manager. We are simply good at taking care of skills regardless of background.
- I'm proud of WSP! Since I started at Sjölanders, we have gone from 350 employees to today 4,150 employees in Sweden and nearly 50 000 in the world. What is extra fun and inspiring is that we have not just followed the development of the industry but rather have driven it.
