When we are reviewing your application, we pay particular attention to your previous experience and skills. Be sure to go back to the qualifications listed in the ad and highlight your strengths and how you can contribute.
We protect your privacy and process your information in accordance with the GDPR regulation. Therefore, you can only apply for vacancies via advertisements or by sending in a spontaneous application via our website. We do not accept applications by email. When you apply, you agree to that we can save your information for recruitment purposes. You can at any time ask for your profile to be removed.

Interview
When invited for an interview, you will meet one of our recruiters and/or hiring manager. The interview is an opportunity for the both of us to get to know each other, where you will be able to tell us more about yourself, your previous experiences as well as your aspirations for the future. You will of course also have the opportunity to ask us questions and find out more about what we offer as an employer.
Test
In connection with the recruitment process, you may have to complete a work test or personality traits test. The test used may differ depending on the type of job you are applying for. Our personality traits tests are based on the psychological big five factor theory and support to identify abilities in relation to the job profile. It can also serve as a tool to highlight what you need to be as successful as possible in your future job.
References
As a final step, we may ask for references from your previous employers. We speak with references to build a complementary picture of your previous experiences and skills. We preferably want to speak with at least two of your previous employers.
Job offer
If both you as a candidate, and we at WSP feel that we are a good match for each other, we will sign an employment contract. WSP follow the collective agreement reached between Innovationsföretagen and relevant trade unions such as Unionen, Sveriges Ingenjörer and Sveriges arkitekter.
